~ The scripture lesson for Sunday, September 21,
is Acts 2:42-47.
~ The sermon title for Sunday, September 21,
will be "No Place Like Home."
~ Our guest speaker for Sunday, September 28, will be Josh Hayes.
Josh is a Mission Partner with CCO on the campus of Grove City College.
On Sunday, October 5, Rev. Willard Morse will be the guest preacher
and will preside over the sacrament of communion for us.
~ Next Sunday, September 28, there will be a Soup Luncheon! ~
Feasting will begin following worship;
please plan to stay and break bread

Sundry Matters
~ Pastor Jeff and family will be on vacation from Friday, September 26th,
through Monday, October 6th. Josh Hayes and Rev. Willard Morse will be filling
the pulpit. Prayer concerns can still be made to jwjones0123@gmail.com or
to 724-992-3563 (I will have my phone and laptop with me).

As you meet and prepare your proposed 2026 budgets,
please contact the Treasurer
for updated financial figures for use at your meeting.
Deadline for proposed budgets is October 19th.
~ The Historical Display in the stone fireplace room

SEPTEMBER EVENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
Baby Quilting meets on Mondays at 10 am. Men's Prayer meets on Wednesdays at 6 am. Check weekly bulletin for cancelations or rescheduling of these two events.
Saturday, 20th - Presbytery meets at Bakerstown.
Friday, 26th - Soup Supper - 4:30-6:30 pm. Fellowship Hall. Your choice of soup, crackers/bread, dessert and beverage. FREE and Open to the Community!
Saturday, 27th - Book Club meets at 9 am. (Note: Date change)
Sunday, 28th - Guest speaker, Josh Hayes, will be preaching on this date. Soup Luncheon - Fellowship Hall, following worship.
OCTOBER EVENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS

Sunday, 5th - Communion Sunday. Guest preacher, Willard Morse, will be preaching the Word and administering the sacraments on this day. No Home Communion on this day. It will be delivered on the following Sunday, Oct. 12th.
Sunday, 12th - Mission Sunday. 100% of your gifts go to meeting the Mission Budget of Harmony Church.
No Book Club in October. See you in November!
