Rev. Dr. Jeffrey W. Jones was raised in Concord, Massachusetts. He attended college at Hampden-Sydney College in Hampden-Sydney, VA from 1981 to 1985. Jeff came to faith and was received into membership of Douglas Presbyterian Church in Farmville, VA, in 1985. He felt the call to ministry in 1985 and attended Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA, from 1987to1990. Jeff has pastored three charges in Virginia - Rich Valley and Locust Cove Presbyterian Churches in Saltville, VA, from June of 1990 to December of 1995; Mossy Creek Presbyterian Church in Mount Solon, VA, from January 1996 to June 2000; and Providence and Memorial Churches in Nathalie, VA, from August 2000 to June 2011. He was called to serve Harmony United Presbyterian Church in May 2011 and began service in August 2011. When Harmony left the Presbyterian Church, USA, in 2014, and joined the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Jeff became a Teaching Elder in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
