Harmony Evangelical Presbyterian Church ~ A New Name and an Ageless Faith
The change of our name from Harmony United to Harmony Evangelical officially took place in the spring of 2015 after we had been formally received into the Evangelical Presbyterian Church denomination in 2014. Our move was made from a desire to recognize the authority of scripture over our lives and to declare the sovereignty of God over all of life. This desire extended to the Biblical principles of the holiness of marriage between a man and a woman and the sanctity of life from conception to natural death. We are excited and joyful about our new denominational identity, and we want to share that excitement with you.
We are not perfect, but Christ is. In Christ we seek to prepare for the future while serving the present. We invite you to join us on this journey of faith. If you are a member of a church in the Harrisville area we encourage you to become active in that fellowship. If you do not have a church home we invite you to come to Harmony Evangelical Presbyterian Church and help us increase the work and the fullnes of Christian love.
